Sports for the
Disabled Playing a sport is a great way to stay in shape whilst doing something fun that you enjoy. It can be hard to keep up the routine of exercise, but if you play a sport with one or more friends, it is easier. If you did not turn up, you would be letting a friend, or even worse, a whole team down.
There are many
athletes with disabilities, you only need to look at the paralympic
games for inspiration of how hard these guys had to work to get
where they are. A disability should not hold you back from playing
